His light green eyes slid upwards as he imagined how wonderful it would be to not work on his training today. Sunningrocks sounds great right about now. Tealpaw mewed, and something about the way she said made Wolfpaw's paws itch even more to go. "I could definitely go for that. Anything to get out of sitting around here all day." He replied, glancing at the she-cats with a sly smile plastered on his face. A butterfly nearby caught his attention, and he watched as it fluttered past and vanished into the shadows of the forest.
The apprentice raised himself to his orange paws and stretched to get the stiffness out of his aching limbs. Laying on a rock under the brilliant sun sounded just about right to him. He straightened up, and groomed his fur quickly so that it's orange stripes shined when he moved. Wolfpaw's green orbs glanced flirtaciously up to the she-cats. "Coming ladies?" He mewed, a playful glint in his eyes as he moved closer to the side of the camp. They could slip out by the side of camp, there was enough shadows to disguise them.

Cloudpaw yawned, not paying attention to Tealpaw and Wolfpaw. She told herself they were just flirting, very innocent, but a stab of jelousy went through her anyways. 'I can get ay tim I want, I can let Tealpaw have Wolfpaw.' she thought to herself, her ears perking as she heard cats get up.
"Sunningrocks?" the femme guessed randomly, getting up too. She grinned, getting rid of the thoughtful look on her face. the apprentice started padding towards the bushes calmly, and looked back at Quietpaw. "You coming?" she asked. Of course Tealpaw and Wolfpaw were going, but Quietpaw might have been waiting for an invitation.

Quietpaw's ears perked she looked at herself, then around her seeing no one else she smiled happily, and jumped up. She raced over to Cloudpaw and nodded, she smiled and walked beside her. Quietpaw was only slightly smaller then Cloudpaw but not by much, her white paws contrasted against the dark brownish grey fur which covered her body. Her greyish blue eyes searched out with curiousity in them, she looked like a kit and still felt like one, but she was an apprentice now and she wanted to at least act like it, even if only a little. Quietpaw's tail swayed from side to side, her ears twitched at even the most quiet of noises, she padded with a gentle touch to every step, the soft smile on her face was pure and sweet, she wasn't as beautiful as Cloudpaw or Tealpaw, but she was still pretty.

Just to be sure, she scanned once more. She looked back at her peers, and gestured her head forward. Suddenly she dove into the forest. The femme landed a few feet down, almost into a small duck in the ground. Perfect! She grinned to herself, then stepped aside in the trench to allow the others to have room. Suddenly a patrol that was returning was entering Thunderclan camp again; meaning they'd be able to see Tealpaw quite easily, and if the others didn't hurry up they could also be caught. She then poked her head out of the bramble and widened her eyes. Guys! There's a patrol coming back. Tealpaw whispered to the others, hoping they could hear her. The she-cat turned and hopped back into the small canal. She squinted her crystal blue eyes and kept low as she tried to make out who the warriors were. Well. One looks like an apprentice, and the others are defiantly warriors. She thought. Oh well. She turned back in and laid down, awaiting the others to come to safety. The orange tabby tom dashed after Tealpaw, his bright tail flicking warily. Wolfpaw poked his head through the brambles, and with a grunt, he squeezed through. The apprentice ignored the stings the thorns had dug into his pelt, and focused on being invisible to the oncoming patrol Tealpaw had mentioned.
He leaped onto the soft ground, landing with a slight thud. His light green eyes blinked as he caught a glimpse of the patrol weaving through the forest back to camp. He noticed the apprentice and felt suddenly glad he wasn't having to do any chores today. Wolfpaw turned back around and whispered-yelled up the brambles towards Cloudpaw and Quietpaw. "Come on guys! He whipped back around and dashed into the canal, crouching down beside Tealpaw. [/blockquote]

Quietpaw had been walking behind the others, her small steps made her slightly slower then the others but she didn't care. Her greyish blue yes were darting about looking at everythingas she jumped out into the forest looking at at the trees with wide curious eyes, her ears folded back and she looked down at the ground beneathe her. Suddenly the mention of a patrol caught her attention, she let out a soundless gasp and jumped back, hiding in the safety of the bushes, her small brownish grey form was easily unseen, and she was quiet enough to not make any noise, she kept completely still, hiding her white paws, and keeping her head low, and hoped they would not get caught.

Cloudpaw stared at dismay at the brambles, then at the bushes where the pawsteps indictated the patrol close. She didn't hav time! Quickly, she launched herself at a tree, quickly scooting up to a branch hidden by leaves. She poked her head out, and smiled down at her friends below. The femme then crouched against the branch, hoping her white pelt wouldn't give her away. Or else they would all be in trouble, no warrior would be dumb enough to believe she was alone.

Tealpaw grinned up at Cloudpaw for her climbing, and then realized that the patrol was only a few feet away. She then practically laid down, then crawled up near the brush to be completely hidden. She gestured the others to do the same. Her coat still had it's shine, and her blue eyes still were large looking. But instead of being content, she was in utter fear. As the patrol walked by, one of the cats made and abrupt stop. Please don't look in the brush, please don't look in the brush. Tealpaw repeated in her head over and over again. A small cat stuck his head through the brush, seeing Tealpaw, Quietpaw and Wolfpaw. It was the apprentice. The femme couldn't exactly make out who it was, but she gestured a 'shoo' movement and mouthed 'please'. The stranger then nodded and smiled, and she whispered 'thank you'. The patrol then looked around a bit more, and then trotted on towards camp. Tealpaw let out a large breath she had been holding in. That was super close. She announced, still in a state of shock. She looked around, making sure there was no other cats in the forest. She then licked Wolfpaw's cheek, smiling as she did so, and then darted forward again. We need to get there quicker than this. She thought, almost starting to get angry that it was taking so long to get to a place that was only a few minutes away from camp. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

The orange tom glanced up at Cloudpaw with a smile. She was clever; climbing up a tree probably would've been the best idea. He was surprisingly calm, seated in the dirt. Maybe it was because he was next to Tealpaw, or maybe because it was the fact that he didn't get a good sleep the other night so that his exhaustion overpowered the fear. Whatever the reason, he desperately didn't want to get caught. They'd be dragged back to camp and forced to work hour after hour for days! Wolfpaw shuddered at the thought.
The apprentice in the patrol was sniffing dangerously close to the bush where Wolfpaw and Tealpaw were hiding. He crouched lower in the ferns, fixing his eyes on the pristine ground beneath him. His head shot up when the apprentice ducked into the hiding place, and started mouthing words to Tealpaw. He could tell exactly what they were saying, and the apprentice left with a grin. Wolfpaw sighed in relief, thankful. He was about to stand up, when a tongue rasped along his cheek. He glanced at Tealpaw in shock and satisfaction. The tom purred as he stood, following her out of the brush.
That was nice. He commented silently as his paws thudded against the ground. Wolfpaw sat down to wait for the others to emerge from their hiding spots. [/blockquote]
