Name: Moonbeam
Age: 23 moons
Clan: ShadowClan
Rank: warrior
Gender: she-cat
Appearance: Sleek grey tiger-striped pelt and electric blue eyes.
Personality: Moonbeam is a very sophisticated she-cat, using stealth and speed rather than brute force during battles. She has a rather old-fashioned mind, in as much as the way she talks. She is generally very calm and collected, to the point of being down right cold. On the outside she is a strong and hardened cat, perfect among the ranks of ShadowClan. Secretly, though, she's quite the soft touch and enjoys spending time with others. The only other cat she ever revealed this to was her brother, and he had died of whitecough almost two seasons ago now.
Fears:
- growing too close to another cat
- failing her Clan
- being betrayed
- being kidnapped by twolegs
- thunderstorms
Likes;
- chasing other cats out of ShadowClan territory
- fighting
- using her rank or her Clan to strike fear into others
- spying on the other Clans
- lying in the sun
Personal Quote: "Shadow hide you."
History Moonbeam was born to a ShadowClan queen named Morningfrost, who died upon the kits' birth. Their father was never known, and they were communally raised by the other queens in the nursery at the time. This is part of what made her such a cold person--not having a proper mother growing up. Her and her brother, Eagletalon, watched out for one another from a young age, and they were practically inseparable.
The siblings trained together under one mentor, a she-cat by the name of Mosseye. The said warrior was hit by a monster shortly after they'd been named warriors. This brought the two even closer together, both afraid of being left alone to fend for themselves in the hard, cold world. This was the next step in Moonbeam's hardening.
Sadly Eagletalon was infected by whitecough, and he ended up dying. Moonbeam was never the same after that, curling up inside herself unless she was actively involved in something. She rarely spoke to anyone for the next couple of seasons, her armour becoming even more impregnable. Now she is a cold and sometimes cruel cat that takes pleasure in another's distress or discomfort.
If it had not been for all the death in her life, perhaps Moonbeam would've left ShadowClan and found herself better suited to live as a loner, but with how empty and harsh she's become there's no question of her belonging in ShadowClan. She can be kind when she so chooses to be, but such occasions are rare and far between.

Role Play Example:
Greenlily padded along the SunClan border, refreshing scent markers as she went along and occasionally glancing back to make sure that Rainpaw was keeping up. At the moment, she was showing the young she-cat the territory, keeping it basic but important. The apprentice showed potential, and she couldn't wait to start combat training.
It was then that they drew near the Thunderpath, and Greenlily paused so that Rainpaw could catch up. "Scent the air," she mewed, sniffing delicately at the choking reek of monsters and pavement. "That's the Thunderpath. Things called monsters carry twolegs in their bellies along it. Don't worry though, they rarely stray from the path. Come on, let's get a closer look."
Greenlily led the way through the last of the underbrush until they were just tail-lengths away from the foul-smelling blacktop. She smiled at her apprentice, remembering her first time seeing the Thunderpath. She'd been fascinated... but also terrified, to be honest. Despite her fear she'd acted brave, having sensed her mentor's eyes on her.
"On the other side of the Thunderpath is unclaimed territory. Plenty of loners live out there, but so do a lot of foxes and badgers. It's dangerous enough crossing the Thunderpath, let alone exploring on the other side, so don't you go getting any ideas!" she purred in amusement.
She only knew too well how curious young cats could be. After all, her son, Pinekit, had died on this very expanse of road. Her eyes stung at the thought, and she pushed it back. Now was not the time to dwell on the past. She had an apprentice with her now, and she needed to train her to the best of her abilities.
"Shall we move on?" she mewed, nodding along the border.
