Mornings

Forestlight smiled happily as she padded out of the den and out into the camp, she gazed around quietly her eyes searching for movement from the other cats. When she saw no one she flicked her tail slightly and smiled, she wondered if she should go hunting for the morning, or even for a run, she decided to sit down and wait to see what was going to happen when everyone woke up instead of rushing into anything.

Moonray

Here is the place where I love you.

Yawning and stretching, she rose slowly and tiredly to her damaged paws. they throbbed with pain like they always do but she contnued forward, ever step shoting excrutiating pain around her legs. She saw only a couple warriors awake so she sat at the entrance of her den, eyes staring blankly ahead, motionless. Her eyes carried a look of emptyness like always, her color coming dark as the morning light spilled in, splashing drops of golden sunlight. At one glance, she winced in pain, her heart wrenching. Ray... Ravenpaw... Her past rshed back at her, smalling her head and pushing tears around. She fough the tears with a pretty, yet empty smile. A year went by... And I can't talk about it. She thought hollowly.

Forestlight looked around and then spotted Moonray, turned around, the sun hitting her fur directly made it look almost reddish. She stood up gracefully and padded over gently to Moonray. As she walked her elegant stride almost had a look of angelic weightlessness, about it. "Good morning" She said, her voice was soft and sweet, her amber eyes had a calming look to them. "Are you alright?" She asked looking at Moonray, she sat down, waiting for an answer.

Moonray

The sound of a voice shot past her ears and punded around her head. Moonray flinched and turned around, the sun burning her deep blue eyes. She nodded stiffly and rose uncomfortably to her paws. She motionion with her head to her low stock of herbs and getting a dissapotined look in her eyes. She walked awak and sat a couple feet in a shady spot in the warm, cozy den, the only thought racing through her head was when she was going to get an apprentice...
